my first review
Iv always been so nervous to try the mac foundations because iv heard some people feel like they have an over load of alcohol in which I strongly disagree with now iv been trying the pro long wear foundation for about 2 months now. I'm absolutely in love with it! that much I had to go buy another just so I don't run out while i'm on holiday haha! I brought my first one in the shade NC25 as I fake tan I realised it wasn't dark enough for when i'm freshly tanned so I went back and got NC30 which is perfect and I also got the pro long wear concealer in nc15 as I'm loving the extremely highlighted look for summer. here are the two swatches
(in these photos I applied the foundation with a damp real technique's beauty sponge with no primer or moisturiser + ignore my nasty fake tan haha)
I only applied a thin layer in the swatches on my face with no powder on top or setting sprays.
They are what I feel as medium coverage foundations but are very easily built up to cover problem areas but still feel extremely light on the skin. As here in England it's currently summer and we have had some pretty hot days I have had no problems with the foundation staying on and have always paired it with mac fix +. If your faced with the same problem as me in highstreet/drugstore foundations in not being able to find a cool toned foundation that's dark enough I feel like this foundation is just right if you can afford the price tag which some times I find hard to spend that amount on a foundation haha!
